Hello! I am Farah, and I have been doing cat boarding business since 2018, starting from outdoor cat boarding at my house until i moved into two commercial locations. Overall i have been specializing in cat boarding and cat care for 6 years.

Now i would like to bring the same level of service and hospitality to your home with our cat valet and cat concierge services.

The packages are designed to save you the hassle of daily cat care at home so you can spend more time enjoying and pampering your cats.

Our packages range from the very basic daily rate for short-term cat care for when you are travelling, to monthly packages. If you have any questions, just hit the contact me button and I will be happy to help!

Please be informed that our service area is only in Kuching, Sarawak. The city limits being between Petra Jaya and Kuching Airport.

We have two types of monthly packages:

2. Cat Concierge

CAT VALET PACKAGES

Cat Valet Basic

Services:

  1.   Feeding
  2.   Cleaning litter boxes
  3.   Cleaning general cats' area (poop, pee, vomit, dirty cages)
  4.   Give medicine
  •   1 trip to client's house, morning OR afternoon.
  •   Only on Monday - Friday
  •   Saturday, Sunday, Raya Aidilfitri day 1 and 2, and Raya Haji, RM50/trip.

Price: RM800.00/monthly

Cat Valet Premium

Services:

  1.   Feeding
  2.   Cleaning litter boxes
  3.   Cleaning general cats' area (poop, pee, vomit, dirty cages)
  4.   Give medicine
  •   2 trips to client's house, morning and afternoon.
  •   Only on Monday - Friday
  •   Saturday, Sunday, Raya Aidilfitri day 1 and 2, and Raya Haji, RM50/trip.

Price: RM1200.00/monthly

CAT CONCIERGE PACKAGES

Cat Concierge Basic

Services:

  1. Feeding
  2. Cleaning litter boxes
  3. Cleaning general cats' area (poop, pee, vomit, dirty cages)
  4. Give medicine
  5. Manage vet appointments, including vaccine due dates, accompany for checkups.
  6. Manage grooming appointments.
  7. Monitor stock of food, litter and other cat supplies
  8. Complimentary cat taxi for vet and grooming appointments.
  9. Complimentary grooming* for 2 cats every month
  • 1 trip to client's house, morning or afternoon.
  • Only on Monday - Friday.
  • Saturday, Sunday, Raya Aidilfitri day 1 and 2, and Raya Haji, RM50/trip.

*basic grooming only - ear cleaning, nail cutting, bath and blow dry. Doesn't include fur trimming.

Price: RM1500.00/monthly

Cat Concierge Premium

Services:

Other Services

Pet Sitting

For customers who only needed pet sitting while they are on a short trip away from home.

  1. Feeding and refresh water
  2. Empty and refill litter box
  3. Give medicine when needed
  4. Cleaning general pets area ie cages and food area

Price tier:

1-10 cats RM50/trip.

10-20 cats RM100/trip. 

20+ cats RM200/trip

Kuching area only.

 

Pet Taxi

Pickup and drop off only: starting from RM15. Kuching area only.

Pet Taxi for Vet Trip

Pick up, drop off and accompany at the vet: RM30. Deposit RM50 for vet fees. Full vet fees payable upon drop off at home.
